Every cellphone used by guards must be paired with the platform.

Registering a new phone is very simple:

  1. Open the guard app. If the phone is NOT already registered, you will be prompted to enter a registration code.

  2. From the web platform go to  Options > Activate New Device.

  3. Enter the registration token into the phone and a name for that device.

Thats it! Now you should see the sign in screen where you can enter any guard user to start working.

In Options >Devices, you will be also able to find the list of registered devices with their respective specifications and the number of purchased and remaining licenses of this client.

Important notes:

  • It is not posible to register a phone in multiple clients simultaneously.
  • If the SIM card is removed or changed, the device will have to be registered again.
  • Double check you are registering the device in the correct client.
