Yes. When you create an account in Guarnic, you can generate as many clients as you need. Each client is independent of the others; you only need to select the one you want to work with, and you will be able to see the information for that particular objective. The selection is made in the menu bar located in the upper right corner. For example, we choose to manage the «Test» client. Can I manage events?
Can I manage events?
Yes. Guarnic allows you to replace the traditional logbook. Events allow the guard to notify the control center of any suspicious or unusual occurrences during their rounds. The control center receives the notification immediately in the Events menu, and it is recorded in the database. They also offer an alternative to the traditional logbook and provide massive digital storage and history for recording all types of incidents. From the Guarnic Guard App, the guard can customize events that are recorded at the control center. To facilitate management, each event can be categorized. It is possible to create custom statuses with colors, such as open, closed, in progress, or high alert. Tags can also be created and associated quickly and easily. All of this allows for effective management.

What is the accuracy of GPS?
Highly accurate. Guarnic achieves an average accuracy of between 5 and 15 meters. The product has a policy of avoiding the publication of inaccurate positions; if it is not possible to accurately record the position, a real-time alert is generated indicating that the phone cannot obtain an acceptable position instead of sending incorrect ones. Furthermore, each position report includes, for each point, the accuracy in meters so that the margin of error is clear.
Do the cell phones on duty need internet access?
Do the cell phones on duty need internet access?
It depends on how it’s used. In any case, they need internet access to log in. After that, they can work 100% offline. To explain, we’ll use two examples. In the first, the guard only has Wi-Fi at the entrance, and in the second, they have connectivity throughout the entire area.
- Example 1: Cell phone without a 3G chip but with WiFi at the entrance:Step 1: While connected to Wi-Fi, the person who will be working logs in on their mobile phone by selecting their username and entering their password. Step 2: Within seconds, the phone receives all the tasks and patrol routes to be completed at that moment. Step 3: The person leaves to perform their work, remaining offline for the rest of the workday. All patrol routes completed, movement, events, and any other generated information will be stored on the same phone. Step 4: At the end of the day, they return to the Wi-Fi area, at which point the system automatically downloads all the information collected during the day. Advantage: No connectivity cost. Disadvantage: Information is not recorded in real time.
- Example 2: Cell phone with 3G chip or WiFi throughout the territory. Step 1: The user logs in from anywhere. Step 2: Upon completion of tasks, all information is reflected in real time. They can also receive tasks on their mobile phone. Advantage: All information is recorded in real time. Disadvantage: In most cases, a SIM card from a mobile carrier is required for the connection.
