Managing Events

In Menu> Events > Manage Events, you can viewvisuzalizar, delete  eliminar  or edit all vents in any way you want.

The first page will display the existing events, their status, date, description, who created them and the categories they are listed in.

In order to edit an event status, you have to click onvisuzalizar , enter a comment that explains the reason for this change and then click on the Save button.

In order to add new events, you have to:

  1. Go to Events > Manage Events. 
  2. Click on the New button.
  3. Enter the status (see Managing Event Statuses), date and category (see Managing Categories).
  4. Write the event description.
  5. Add tags if necessary. (See Event Tags).
  6. Click on the Save button.

Note: After creating an event, you will have the option to assign it to a guard, so that he can receive the event in the Guarnic Guard App.
