You can create as many guards as you may need. It will allow you to define the work schedule, patrols and tasks assigned, as well as all events generated by this guard in particular.
In order to create a guard, you have to:
- Go to Menu> Guards > Manage Guards.
- Click on the New button.
- Enter the guard details.
- Click on the Save button.
Subsequently, the guard will be able to access the system with his email and password.
Note: It is not necessary to use an existing email address for the email field, it only needs to be in an email format. For instance, firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Administrator field is required only when you are creating a guard administrator. In most cases you do not need to select this option, since only one guard administrator is required per client. For more information, see Adding a Guard Administrator and Device Registration.
